WEB雙向DICOM傳輸在遠程會診中的應(yīng)用

摘要：本文探討DICOM格式的PACS圖像在WEB上的遠程傳輸應(yīng)用，提出一種基于醫(yī)生間的B/S構(gòu)架遠程雙向會診模式,并就與遠程會診相關(guān)的HIS與PACS的HL7后臺關(guān)聯(lián)技術(shù)、遠程SSLVPN技術(shù)、無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用技術(shù)、圖像無損壓縮、多點會診應(yīng)用以及虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)隔離技術(shù)等，作以闡述。WEB雙向DICOM傳輸?shù)膽?yīng)用，為醫(yī)療信息突破局域網(wǎng)限制、充分利用醫(yī)療資源，提供了一種新型技術(shù)方案。

【Abstract】:This paper discusses the Tele-transportation and application of the DICOM format medical images on WEB, and provides a new B/S structure mode of Tele two-way consultation between doctors, and expounds the technologies related to tele-consultation, such as PACS and HIS background connection based on HL7 standard, tele SSL VPN technology, wireless application, lossless compression, multi-points consultation and Logical isolation technology of virtual network. This application provides a new practical scheme for breaking through the limitation of Intranet of medical service and fully using of medical resource.

隨著通信和計算機技術(shù)的發(fā)展，特別是INTERNET網(wǎng)的普及，WEB網(wǎng)站和IE瀏覽被廣泛采用，使遠程會診在技術(shù)層面上發(fā)生了很大的進步。本文論述的雙向WEB模式PACS圖像傳輸技術(shù)，是基于INTERNET之上、采用B/S模式、IE瀏覽技術(shù)，以DICOM格式圖像在WEB上的遠程傳輸。本項技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，使參與會診的各方醫(yī)生真正做到雙向信息交流、溝通討論成為可能，尤其對距離遙遠或存在技術(shù)差異的地區(qū)與上級醫(yī)院專家之間會診更具實用價值。
1．國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀及設(shè)計思想
國外遠程醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)的研究和應(yīng)用主要集中在:(1)醫(yī)療信息集成與交換協(xié)議(如DICOM3,HL7等)[1]；(2)遠程醫(yī)療保健信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)[2]；(3)遠程醫(yī)療環(huán)境中的智能圖像管理技術(shù)[3]。國內(nèi)遠程會診初期是基于兩地醫(yī)院間的應(yīng)用，由于信息技術(shù)水平及視頻通道等條件所限，會診病人醫(yī)療信息的數(shù)字化準備工作費時費力，通常要建立專門的遠程會診室，并由管理部門預(yù)約時間才能進行點 |
